Eight client brands, one workspace, zero bleed-through.

Painter runs with a separate brand kit per client. When a brief lands, the team selects the client’s kit, drops the brief in, and generates six variants in the correct visual identity. Client approval rates climb and turnaround drops from 48 hours to 4.

    Describe the task

Painter can hold a separate brand kit for every client in one workspace, so a brief never comes back in the wrong visual identity. You onboard each kit once, then each brief only has to name the client and Painter generates in exactly that identity, no manual re-theming, no bleed-through between accounts.

The tighter you scope the brief, the cleaner the variants. Tell Painter which client kit to use, how many variants, and what the deliverable is, and it will keep every account visually walled off from the others.

Generate creative for the Northwind brief using the northwind brand kit only. From brief-northwind.md: - Produce 6 variants of the hero social post - Keep every variant inside the Northwind palette and type - Vary layout and headline, not the identity Do not pull assets or colours from any other client kit. Label each file "northwind-v1" through "v6" and end with a note on which variant best matches the brief tone.

    Give Painter context

In a Painter workspace, onboard each client’s brand kit once, logo, palette, fonts, then the day-to-day is just selecting the right kit and dropping the brief in. Painter scopes the whole run to that one kit so nothing leaks between accounts.

Keeping kits cleanly separated is what makes turnaround fast and approval rates high. A well-labelled kit per client means Painter never has to ask which identity a brief belongs to.

    Required context
An onboarded brand kit per client, each with its own logo, palette, and fonts
A brief for the incoming job that names the client and the deliverable
    Optional context
A shared layout library, so common formats are consistent across clients
A per-client tone note, so headlines match each brand’s voice
A product shot or hero image, so variants feature the client’s actual product

    What Painter creates

Painter generates the requested variants entirely inside the selected client kit and returns them labelled and ready for review, with a note flagging which best fits the brief and confirming no cross-client assets were used.

"All 6 variants stayed inside the Northwind kit, no other client assets were touched. Want me to export the top three as a review pack, or generate the next brief in the queue?"

    Follow-up prompts

    Export the recommended variants

Painter can bundle the three recommended variants into a downloadable review pack, so the account lead has a clean set to share with the client contact.

Export the three recommended Northwind variants as a review pack, with the one-line note on each kept alongside the file.

Run the next brief in the queue

Point Painter at the next client and it switches kits cleanly, no reset needed, so the whole queue clears in one sitting.

Now run brief-ferro.md using the ferro brand kit, same format: 6 hero variants, labelled ferro-v1 through v6, with a note on the best fit.

Spin the brief into more formats

Once a variant lands, Painter can extend it beyond the hero post into the other formats the client needs, all inside the same client kit.

Take northwind-v2 and generate matching Stories, a LinkedIn banner, and two ad variants, all rendered in the northwind brand kit.

    Tips and troubleshooting

Onboard each kit fully before the first brief

A half-onboarded kit is where bleed-through starts, Painter borrows a colour from elsewhere to fill a gap. Complete each client kit once and the separation holds automatically.

Name the client kit explicitly in the prompt

When a workspace holds eight kits, "use the northwind kit only" removes any ambiguity. Naming the kit is what keeps an agency workspace safe to run at speed.

Ask Painter to confirm no cross-brand assets

Painter reports which kit each run used. Keep that confirmation in the output so an account lead can see at a glance that nothing leaked from another client.

  6. Ready to try it yourself?

Onboard each client kit once, then turn any brief around in the right identity in four hours instead of forty-eight, with zero bleed-through.
