How long does certification take?

Sales certification runs ~2 hours. Technical certification runs ~8 hours. Both are free, online and available the day your agreement is signed.

How does margin work?

Referral: 15% of first-year ARR at every tier. Resale margin: 20% at Certified, 30% at Elite — paid on recurring ARR for the life of the customer. Subject to deal registration or attribution.

How does deal registration work?

First partner to register a qualified opportunity gets margin protection and pricing advantage. Registrations reviewed within one business day. Elite partners receive protected territories.

Are there program or exam fees?

No. Application, portal access and all certifications are free at every tier. MDF is the only mechanism involving money flowing the other way, and it is Elite-only.

Can we white-label or co-brand?

Not at launch. Partners sell Mariete on commercial terms tied to registration and certification. A limited embed programme is planned; Elite partners get first right of refusal.

Who owns the customer?

Partners own the commercial relationship for resale. Mariete owns the platform relationship for product, security and roadmap. Both see the same account data in the portal.
