The practical details.

A workspace is an isolated environment with its own members, products, company context, and billing. Most companies need one. Multi-brand organizations often split workspaces by brand or region.

Builder and Painter are included in every plan, Inspector starts with Pro, and Pulse and Cascade are available exclusively with Ultra. Credits cover the work you run each month rather than charging separately for each task.

New work waits in your queue rather than failing. You'll get a notification and can top up credits or move to a higher plan. Your monthly allowance resets on your billing date.

Not currently. Credits reset on each monthly billing date regardless of use.

Custom model routing is an Enterprise feature. You can point Mariete at your own Claude, OpenAI, or self-hosted endpoints, with routing rules per product.

You pay one invoice for the full year at the annual rate (20% off monthly). Mid-year upgrades are pro-rated to the next renewal.
