Tips and troubleshooting
One Space per client, always
Spaces are the boundary that keeps engagements sealed from each other. Never mix two clients’ notes in one Space, Edge scopes its work to the active Space precisely so cross-client leakage can’t happen.
Offline is the feature, not a limitation
If Edge can’t find a figure in your notes, it flags a placeholder rather than reaching out to fill the gap. That gap is the whole point on an NDA engagement, confirm the number with the client instead of letting a tool source it externally.
