Introducing Inspector
Bring Inspector a hard question, and a team of AI specialists investigates it in parallel and returns one defended answer.

Inspector is the Mariete agent for questions that no single team owns. You describe the question, and Inspector assembles a team of AI specialists, has them investigate in parallel, and hands back one recommendation with the evidence behind it. It is included in every Mariete plan.
The hardest business questions are never about one thing. Whether to enter a market touches demand, competition, operations and economics at once, and one generalist pass covers all four thinly. Inspector gives each part of the question its own specialist, then brings their work together into one direction you can defend.
One question, many specialists
- Describe the question and share what Inspector should know: your goals, your stage, the data you have.
- Inspector splits the question into investigations and opens a specialist thread for each one.
- The specialists research in parallel and publish their findings, each with its source, to a shared set of key facts, so each one builds on what the others found.
- A lead coordinator reconciles disagreements and writes one finished report, with a recommendation and its sources.
What you get
- One defended answer. A single strategy with prioritised recommendations and the reasoning behind each one.
- Depth on every part of the question. Demand, competition, operations and economics each get their own specialist and their own thread.
- Evidence you can follow. Findings come from public sources and your own data, and every claim traces back to where it came from.
- A report you can take into the room. The finished file is ready for the board meeting or the ops review. In our margin leaks playbook, for example, project data, team hours and billing go in, and a ranked list of recoverable money comes out.
What teams use it for
- Strategic business assessment. Where a company is losing money, and whether it is ready to expand.
- Due diligence. The same health score for every acquisition target, across eight dimensions: revenue quality, margin profile, customer concentration, management depth, systems maturity, integration difficulty, market position, and legal and regulatory risk. The deal team sees which targets deserve a deeper look.
- Pre-fundraise health check. Every department reviewed two months before the pitch, so gaps are fixed before an investor finds them.
- Monthly executive narrative. Raw KPIs in, a plain-language summary out: what improved, what declined, and what needs a decision now.
Built to show its work
You can open any specialist thread and read the research as it happens. Key facts are shared across the team, and the lead coordinator reconciles any disagreements before the report is written. When the report lands, Inspector suggests the next question, such as what evidence could reverse the recommendation.
